After graduating from university, joined Intelligence Ltd. (now PERSOL CAREER Co., Ltd.). In his second year with the company, he was appointed president of a subsidiary. Subsequently, he served as the general manager of branch offices in the Kansai and Chubu regions. At the age of 32, he went to Canada to study abroad to learn English. After working for a recruitment agency in Singapore, In February 2016, he founded Unicorn Partners.
Takashi Naka
After graduating from university, Mr. Naka joined MIKI HOUSE Co. Then he changed his job to Intelligence Ltd. (now known as PERSOL CAREER Co., Ltd.). In his 10th year with the company, he transferred to Tokyo and was appointed as Director of Sales. In 2019, he joined Unicorn Partners and was appointed as the head of the business department one year later. In July 2024, he was appointed as a Board of Director.
Tomoko Yamaguchi,
After graduating from university, she worked as an announcer, program production, and sales at TBS Radio and FM stations in Tokyo.
