1.Definition of Personal Information

Unicorn Partners will acquire personal information only to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use described in 3 below, directly from the individual concerned, from a third party with the individual's consent, or by other appropriate and fair means*1. Unicorn Partners will not acquire any personal information that requires special consideration, such as race, medical history, criminal history, etc., unless it is required by law, and unless it is acquired directly with the consent of the person in question. In order to prevent unauthorized access to, loss, leakage, destruction, or falsification of personal information, Unicorn Partners has adopted advanced security measures using the latest technology in database management as well as an organization-wide information management system. We also take appropriate measures to ensure the traceability of personal information.
3.Purpose of Use of Personal Information
The purposes of use of personal information held by Unicorn Partners are as followsCandidate registration, job matching, provision of job information, introductions to and provision of information to recruiting companies, etc., in the course of our services to assist job seekers in appropriately changing jobs and recruiting, and in the course of our outsourced IT-related, recruiting, office management, and other services (hereinafter collectively referred to as “our services”). In relation to the above, we may also collect your opinions and feedback in order to improve our services; provide information on seminars, events, campaigns, and our services; statistically process profiles of registrants in order to understand market trends; respond to inquiries, complaints, and consultations; and transfer personal information to and from third parties. (ii) to ensure the traceability of personal information transferred to and received from third parties, and other operations incidental to the foregoing. The items to be jointly used are as follows Name, gender, age, address, telephone number, fax number, e-mail address, company (organization) name, title, educational background, employment history, and other personal information acquired in the course of performing our services. Unicorn Partners is responsible for the management of personal information. The group companies with which we share personal information may change from time to time, and registrants are deemed to have agreed to such changes. 5.Outsourcing
Unicorn Partners may outsource the handling of personal information for the purpose of statistical processing for mailings, market trend analysis, etc., for the purpose of providing our services and managing Unicorn Partners' employees. When outsourcing, Unicorn Partners will select an outsourcing partner on the condition that the partner has secured a sufficient level of personal information protection, will conclude a confidentiality agreement with the partner, and will supervise the partner appropriately to ensure the safe management of personal information.
6.Changes, Disclosure, Correction, Deletion, etc. of Personal Information
We make every effort to keep personal information accurate and up-to-date at all times. Only when we are able to confirm your identity, we will take the necessary steps in an appropriate manner.
